There are many instances when a customer may ask for a refund for a service provided by our repair guy. But only when our service provider inspects the appliance repaired by him and feels satisfied that the claim is valid, then the refund is initiated.

The following route or refund method is followed:

  • We normally repair the item once, and if a similar issue occurs again, we will consider your refund request.
  • After inspection of the appliance, the customer is immediately notified of the status of a full or partial refund as per the scenario.
  • Once your request is accepted, we will initiate the refund and the customer will receive the credit within seven working days.
